Are you a Multi Skilled Engineer with experience across both electrical and mechanical systems, looking for a completely unique role where you will work autonomously across a private fleet of boats, classic vehicles, marine equipment and a range of engineering projects, with full support for technical training and upskilling?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to take ownership of a varied portfolio of assets, where no two days will be the same. You will have the autonomy to manage your own workload, work alongside specialist contractors where required and become the go-to engineering expert across a diverse range of technically interesting projects.

Established in 1980, this well-known Cornish business is continuing to grow and is looking to bring an experienced engineer into a highly autonomous position supporting their marine operation and wider portfolio. This is a particularly unique opportunity as you will have the chance to work on a one-of-a-kind prototype boat alongside the maintenance and upkeep of their existing fleet.

On offer is a Multi Skilled Engineer role where you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of company vessels, whilst also supporting the maintenance of engineering equipment, the main house and various projects. You will be responsible for prioritising your own workload, arranging specialist contractors where required and working closely with senior management to plan annual, monthly and weekly maintenance activities.

This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated engineer who enjoys working independently, who wants to broaden their skillset whilst working on genuinely interesting engineering projects.
