Our client based in Fairford are looking for a Welder Fabricator to join their growing team.
Welder Fabricator Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out MIG and TIG welding
- Read and interpret from engineering drawings
- Manufacturing and fabricating a wide range of steel and metal products
- Preparing, cutting, assembling and finishing materials using a variety of workshop tools and equipment
- Inspect completed welds
- Assisting with the installation and fitting of fabricated products
Welder Fabricator Ideal Candidate:
- TIG and MIG welding
- Coded in either MIG or TIG (desirable)
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication across a variety of projects
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing effectively as part of a team
- Relevant welding or fabrication qualifications are beneficial
- Willingness to work on customer sites and undertake evening or weekend overtime when necessary
Welder Fabricator Working Hours and Benefits:
- Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 16:30
- Friday, 07:30 – 12:30
- 39 hours per week, including a 30-minute lunch break
- 30.5 – 31 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)
