The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in Exeter. You'll be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience while supporting the workshop in maintaining efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking in vehicles for service, MOT, and repair work
- Providing accurate estimates and gaining customer approval
- Keeping customers updated on vehicle progress and costs
- Upselling additional work, services, and products
- Liaising with the workshop and technicians
- Managing invoices and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
- Delivering high levels of customer service and satisfaction (CSI)
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good sales and upselling ability
- Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
