Based on the Wirral you will play a pivotal role in supporting commercial decision-making across the business, partnering closely with Sales, Commercial and Operational stakeholders.

Job Duties
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to Commercial, Sales and Operational teams.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
- Prepare insightful variance analysis and reporting on key financial and operational metrics.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, investment decisions and scenario planning.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs, providing actionable recommendations to drive performance.
- Drive margin improvement initiatives and cost optimisation projects across the business.
- Challenge and influence key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Support strategic projects and business improvement initiatives as the company continues its growth journey.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and financial controls across the organisation.

- Ideal Experience
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience.
- Previous experience within a commercial finance or finance business partnering role.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial reporting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to drive change and business improvement initiatives.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience gained within manufacturing, FMCG or a related commercial environment would be advantageous.
