An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a highly regarded and growing Employment team in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen.
The team advises a diverse range of leading UK and international businesses, providing commercially focused advice across a broad spectrum of employment matters.

The Role
- You will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of employment matters, including:
- Strategic employment law advice
- Complex Employment Tribunal claims
- Restructuring and redundancy
- Senior-level grievances, including discrimination and whistleblowing
- Executive and board-level employment issues
- Senior recruitment and termination
- Executive compensation and bonus arrangements
- Team moves and restrictive covenants
- Cross-border employment matters
- M&A and outsourcing projects
- Wider strategic employment projects
There will also be opportunities to work closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally on complex, cross-border matters.
About You
You will have
- At least 2 years' PQE gained within a commercial employment practice
- Strong technical employment law experience
- Experience of advising on complex employment matters
- Excellent commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- A strong academic background
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of the team
Experience of high-value or High Court litigation would be advantageous, as would an interest in supporting clients on M&A and outsourcing matters.
