Are you a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking to join a well-established and highly regarded Scottish law firm in Edinburgh with an excellent reputation? The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Residential sales and purchases
  • Transfers of title
  • Re-mortgages and refinancing transactions
  • General residential property advice

The role also offers the opportunity to work on cross-border property matters alongside colleagues in other jurisdictions, providing clients with a seamless service across a range of residential property transactions. Working closely with specialists across other practice areas, you'll play a key role in delivering a holistic service tailored to each client's individual needs.

About You

You will be a Scottish-qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in residential property and experience managing your own caseload independently. You will also:

  • Be committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Be proactive, organised and able to manage a varied workload
  • Enjoy working collaboratively within a friendly and supportive team
  • Have strong attention to detail and a professional, personable approach

Experience of cross-border property work or dual qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
