Our client is a specialist manufacturer of custom heavy machinery and vehicles.

They are seeking a HGV Technician to join their growing team.

As a HGV Technician, you will carry out PPM, service and repair custom vehicles to the clients' exact specifications.

  • HGV Technician Responsibilities;
  • Carry out maintenance and repairs on all makes of heavy goods vehicles
  • Fault find and carry out repairs
  • Provide technical support to clients and the wider engineering team
  • Ensure that H&S standards are adhered to throughout each project
  • Ensure that all supporting documentation is completed correctly

HGV Technician Requirements

  • Experienced in repairing and maintaining custom vehicles
  • Previous experience using bench hand tools and workshop equipment
  • HGV & PSV Licence would be advantageous but not essential
  • Must be able to work to detailed engineering drawings
  • Must be a team player
