This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified CIMA or ACCA professional looking to continue developing their career within a supportive finance team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll play an important role in the finance function, contributing to the production of management accounts, financial analysis and business partnering, while continuing to develop your professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Produce variance analysis and financial commentary
- Support cash flow forecasting and financial reporting
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Assist with year-end audit and statutory reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial controls
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions
About You
We're keen to hear from individuals who have
- Experience in a Management Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant or similar finance role
- Part-qualified CIMA or ACCA status, with the intention of continuing their studies
- Experience preparing management accounts
- Strong Excel skills and good analytical ability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to learn and develop
