An established and growing law firm in Doncaster is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join its residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and client focused firm.
You will manage residential property transactions from initial instruction through to post completion, working closely with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Deal with new build transactions
- Progress files from initial instruction through to completion and post completion
- Provide clear and regular communication to clients throughout each transaction
- Liaise with Estate Agents, Lenders, Solicitors and other third parties
- Ensure matters are progressed efficiently and in line with deadlines
- Deliver a consistently high level of client care
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong experience across freehold and leasehold transactions
- Experience handling new build property matters
- Ability to manage files independently from instruction through to post completion
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
