The Opportunity:
As an Account Executive, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across a broad range of industries and risks, becoming their trusted adviser while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand existing relationships. Alongside managing your inherited book, you'll be encouraged and supported to develop your own pipeline of new business, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings over time.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Inheriting a portfolio generating approximately £200,000 in annual income
- Building trusted, long-term relationships with commercial clients
- Delivering expert advice across a wide range of commercial insurance products
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and generate new business
- Developing your own sustainable pipeline through networking, referrals and business development
- Negotiating with insurers to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients
- Delivering exceptional service while achieving retention and income targets
About You:
You'll already have experience as a Commercial Account Executive (or in a similar client-facing commercial insurance role) and enjoy developing long-term relationships with clients. You'll also have:
- A proven track record of retaining and developing commercial insurance clients
- Experience with a broad range of commercial insurance risks
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional client service
