This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong finance professional to step into a highly visible leadership role, taking ownership of the financial management, statutory reporting and compliance of the UK entities.

Working closely with senior leadership and the wider finance function, you'll provide commercial insight, drive financial performance and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Leading the monthly management reporting process, alongside budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial analysis, challenge performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensuring full compliance with UK statutory and regulatory requirements, including Corporation Tax, VAT, P11Ds and R&D tax claims.
  • Managing the year-end statutory accounts and external audit process.
  • Overseeing payroll governance, employee benefits reporting and maintaining a strong financial control environment.
  • Reviewing and improving finance processes, systems and reporting to drive efficiency and best practice.
  • Acting as the UK finance expert while collaborating with colleagues across the wider international finance team.
