Are you a Vehicle Technician looking to move away from a main dealer environment, or do you feel like you have stopped developing in your current role? Do you want to work on a wide range of specialist vehicles worth up to £500,000, receive industry-leading training, and join an organisation that will genuinely invest in you and your technical development?

Over the last year, we have helped multiple technicians move into this organisation from main dealers, independent garages and vehicle maintenance backgrounds. The consistent feedback has been the same: they wanted a change. They wanted more variety, better training, a supportive culture and the opportunity to continue progressing technically.

This organisation has created an environment where technicians are trusted, supported and given the time, tools and training required to complete work to the highest standard. They pride themselves on having a positive team culture where people enjoy coming to work and are valued for the skills they bring.

In this role, you will move away from working on the same vehicles and problems every day. Instead, you will work on a broad range of specialist vehicles, ranging from standard fleet vehicles through to highly customised vehicles worth up to £500,000. The organisation is investing heavily into the future of the industry, including electric vehicles, modern workshop equipment and continuous professional development. You will receive extensive training including EV qualifications, MOT training and specialist vehicle courses designed to continually increase your technical ability.

Based in Aylesbury, you will be working from a brand-new purpose-built workshop designed to create an excellent working environment with modern equipment and facilities. To ensure you are fully supported from day one, your first month will be based in Didcot receiving comprehensive training, allowing you to understand the specialist vehicles, systems and processes before joining the Aylesbury workshop permanently.

The ideal candidate will be a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic or Automotive Engineer who feels they are ready for a change. You may be looking to move away from a main dealer environment, or simply looking for a role that offers more variety, better training and the chance to continue developing your career.
