Our client, a leading Occupational Health provider, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing team on a part-time basis.
Working three days per week, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Occupational Health services to a range of clients while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive range of Occupational Health services, including case management and health surveillance.
- Conduct face-to-face onsite clinics, medical assessments, management referrals, and health screenings.
- Carry out pre-employment health assessments and fitness-for-work evaluations.
- Support immunisation programmes and venepuncture where required.
- Provide professional advice to managers and employees regarding health-related workplace matters.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in line with professional standards.
- Promote employee wellbeing and proactive health management initiatives.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and no restrictions.
- Previous Occupational Health experience within the UK.
- Strong case management experience.
- Experience conducting health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, and drug & alcohol testing.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
Desirable
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health.
- Experience within a commercial Occupational Health environment.
- Previous PIP or disability assessment experience.
