Our client, a leading Occupational Health provider, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing team on a part-time basis.

Working three days per week, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Occupational Health services to a range of clients while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a comprehensive range of Occupational Health services, including case management and health surveillance.
  • Conduct face-to-face onsite clinics, medical assessments, management referrals, and health screenings.
  • Carry out pre-employment health assessments and fitness-for-work evaluations.
  • Support immunisation programmes and venepuncture where required.
  • Provide professional advice to managers and employees regarding health-related workplace matters.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in line with professional standards.
  • Promote employee wellbeing and proactive health management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and no restrictions.
  • Previous Occupational Health experience within the UK.
  • Strong case management experience.
  • Experience conducting health surveillance, including audiometry, spirometry, and drug & alcohol testing.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.

Desirable

  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health.
  • Experience within a commercial Occupational Health environment.
  • Previous PIP or disability assessment experience.
