About the Company

Operating globally, the business supplies specialist products and services to customers across multiple international markets and has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss analysis and investigation of variances.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate supporting schedules.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Assist with year-end accounts preparation, audit processes, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support standard cost management and transfer pricing processes.
- Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required by the finance team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and best practices.
- Perform and review intercompany reconciliations.
- Provide timely financial information, reports, and analysis to support senior finance stakeholders and wider business decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Professionally qualified (e. g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or currently studying towards a recognised accounting qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge of double-entry accounting, reconciliations, and VAT.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP or accounting systems.
- Proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to process improvement and continuous development.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
