Join the Hedin Automotive Bodyshop team as a Customer Advisor, where you'll play an integral role within the Bodyshop Repair Team.
You'll support customers throughout their vehicle repair journey, ensuring a professional experience from initial booking through to final vehicle handover.
You'll also refer accident repair work to the appropriate team and assess vehicles for Smart Repair damage, helping to ensure customers receive the right repair solution for their vehicle.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE
- Welcoming customers and providing exceptional service throughout their repair journey
- Managing repair bookings, estimates, and insurance communications
- Ensure all completed SMART repair jobs are invoiced correctly
- Keep our workload control spreadsheets up to date to ensure efficient vehicle repairs
- Liaise effectively with technicians, workshop staff, parts suppliers, and insurers to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and customer expectations are met.
- Regularly update customers on the progress of their vehicle repair progress, advising them of any delays, additional work required, revised completion times, or insurance approvals, while ensuring all customer records and databases remain accurate and up to date.
- Oversee the return of vehicles to customers, explaining the work done and any charges
YOUR PROFILE.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role preferable within the automotive industry/accident repair centre/ Bodyshop environment.
- Valid manual UK driving licence and must be eligible to work in the UK.
SALARY AND WORKING HOURS.
- Basic salary of £29,714.26 per annum with a competitive OTE of £35,642 per annum.
- Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm, with an hour unpaid for lunch.
