Our Store

Due to a relocation, Specsavers Dalkeith is looking for an Optometrist to join its successful and well-established team.

Whether you're newly qualified or bring years of experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Having served the local community for over 18 years, the store has built an excellent reputation and enjoys a loyal patient base.

The team actively supports community initiatives and is highly respected throughout the area.

Following its relocation three years ago, the store offers a bright, modern working environment with five fully equipped test rooms with scope for future expansion.

You'll have access to excellent clinical technology, a strong support network, and the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a well-run practice.

Located in the heart of Dalkeith, the store enjoys a prominent high street location with excellent bus links to Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

Free parking is also available just a short walk from the store, making commuting easy for the team.

You'll be supported from day one by experienced Optometrists, knowledgeable Dispensing Opticians, and Optical Assistants, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Professional development is actively encouraged, with five of the current Optometrists undertaking their Independent Prescribing qualification.
