An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced LCV Service Advisor to join a busy and successful commercial vehicle dealership in Dagenham.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual with experience in the commercial vehicle sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and managing their light commercial vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Booking LCVs in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
- Liaising closely with the workshop to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.
- Maximising service department opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all manufacturer and dealership processes are followed.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the commercial vehicle or motor trade sector.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
- A professional, proactive and team-focused attitude.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
