The Role

  • You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters, including:
  • Divorce and financial remedy cases, including high-value and complex matters
  • Private children disputes
  • Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation and separation agreements
  • Advising clients on sensitive and often high-net-worth cases

You will work within a collaborative team environment, supported by a strong pipeline of work and established client base.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years PQE
  • Strong experience in family law, ideally with privately funded matters
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
