Adecco are currently recruiting for 2 experienced MIG/TIG Welders on behalf of our client a long-established and family-owned engineering company based in Crewkerne.

The Role
Working within a skilled fabrication and welding team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welded sheet metal components and enclosures to exacting standards.
This role requires experience working with thin gauge materials and a strong focus on weld quality and finish.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG and TIG welding of aluminium and stainless steel components
- Welding material thicknesses ranging from 0.9mm to 3mm
- Manufacturing precision sheet metal enclosures and fabricated products
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Conducting quality checks to ensure work meets required standards
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
Requirements
- Proven MIG and TIG welding experience
- Experience welding aluminium and stainless steel
- Ability to work with thin gauge materials
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience within sheet metal fabrication environments desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
