An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Adviser to join a dynamic and expanding residential property team based in Crawley, West Sussex. This role offers the chance to work within a modern, forward-thinking firm, alongside highly experienced property professionals, handling a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including high-value and complex transactions. You will take responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, ensuring an exceptional standard of client care throughout. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including complex and high-value matters
- Advising prospective clients, preparing matter estimates and pre-instruction documentation
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation required to progress and complete matters efficiently
- Delivering a consistently high level of client service, with clear and professional communication
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives to attract new instructions and strengthen introducer relationships
- Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners and paralegals, delegating work appropriately to maximise team efficiency
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Legal Adviser specialising in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong technical expertise in residential property law, including complex transactions
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with excellent attention to detail
