An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Adviser to join a dynamic and expanding residential property team based in Crawley, West Sussex. This role offers the chance to work within a modern, forward-thinking firm, alongside highly experienced property professionals, handling a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including high-value and complex transactions. Hybrid working is available, offering flexibility alongside meaningful office collaboration.

You will take responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, ensuring an exceptional standard of client care throughout. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including complex and high-value matters
  • Advising prospective clients, preparing matter estimates and pre-instruction documentation
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation required to progress and complete matters efficiently
  • Delivering a consistently high level of client service, with clear and professional communication
  • Supporting marketing and business development initiatives to attract new instructions and strengthen introducer relationships
  • Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners and paralegals, delegating work appropriately to maximise team efficiency
