My client is seeking a driven solicitor to join their established Conveyancing department, with opportunities available for NQ solicitors through to senior-level fee earners.

The Role
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership work
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
About You
To excel in this role, you should have
- Qualified Solicitor status (NQ to 5+ PQE considered)
- Solid experience managing your own residential conveyancing files
- Strong client-care skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
