Graduate Commercial Property Legal Assistant

Our client, a specialist Commercial Property Law firm and employee-owned B Corp organisation, is seeking a Graduate Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Law graduate looking to build a long-term career in Commercial Property and Real Estate Law.

Working alongside experienced solicitors, you will support a variety of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Duties will include client onboarding and AML checks, drafting legal documents, conducting property searches, assisting with title investigations and due diligence, liaising with clients and third parties, and supporting completion and post-completion processes.

About You

  • LLB Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Keen interest in Commercial Property and Real Estate Law.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused approach.
  • Previous legal experience through internships, placements, vacation schemes, or paralegal work is advantageous.
