My Client is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of turnkey machinery solutions to a wide variety of industries. With a worldwide presence, the group has gone from strength to strength over the last decade to become a centre of excellence within a variety of machinery solutions to the manufacturing industry. Due to further expansion within the British market, they have the need to recruit an additional field service engineer.

The Role
The successful candidate will be either an electrically or mechanically biased engineer, but be a multi-skilled service engineer, who can install, commission and service a variety of CNC based machinery equipment within a variety of industries. The role will include installations, servicing, repairing, building and rebuilding of CNC systems. This will be a service based role covering clients across the UK, Ireland & Scandinavia (duration usually 1 week), with some installations and commissioning. The ideal candidate will be from an engineering background, within similar machinery within an automated manufacturing process, but will need to be aware that there needs to be flexibility in the role in terms of time spent travelling, as this is a field service engineering role. There is an excellent opportunity for further financial gains with overtime available for the engineers who desire, leading to earnings between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum.
