Due to expansion they now have an opening for an additional commercial property lawyer.
Working alongside experienced Partners and Solicitors, you will advise a diverse client base on a wide variety of commercial property matters.
The team undertakes a broad range of work, including social housing transactions, complex development projects, acquisitions and disposals, business leases, lease renewals, and general transactional commercial property work.
You will manage your own caseload while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters, providing an excellent opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and commercial awareness within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Applications are welcome from candidates with at least 3 PQE in commercial property and who possess a proactive and adaptable approach together with an interest in business development and continual client relationship management.
Candidates who can demonstrate the necessary skills outside of this PQE will also be considered.
