About the Role
Adecco are recruiting for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation in Gloucestershire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate looking to launch their career within a dynamic and technically advanced environment.
You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines, supporting projects from concept through to manufacture while developing a broad understanding of engineering design, production processes and product development.

Key Responsibilities
During your initial development period, responsibilities will include
- Design & Engineering Support
- Produce customer, manufacturing and technical drawings.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of engineering documentation.
- Support design activities through calculations, technical analysis and reporting.
- Assist with engineering change processes and document control.
- Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Technical & Project Support
- Provide technical support to internal departments including Service, Sales and Operations.
- Support engineering projects from concept through implementation.
- Assist in project planning and delivery activities.
- Participate in engineering reviews and technical discussions.
- Contribute to product and process improvement initiatives.
- Manufacturing & Production Engineering
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to understand production processes.
- Support production engineering and planning activities.
- Assist with quality investigations and root cause analysis.
- Participate in engineering problem-solving activities.
- Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the business.
- Training & Development
