You will have a realistic and very manageable case load dealing with all private work.
Ideally the role will be 3 full days however there is flexibility and other combinations will be considered.
The role is for a family lawyer/paralegal to provide specialist legal advice, assistance and representation to clients presenting with family law issues.
You will be responsible for managing your own case-load of matters from the initial stage of interviewing clients up to conclusion of a client's matter in the following areas:
- Divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships and separation.
- Financial settlements
- Arrangements for children
- Pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements
- Injunctions
