Working closely with the Executive Finance Lead and senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will oversee the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring robust forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting processes are in place.
You will play a pivotal role in helping the organisation understand financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support long-term sustainability through informed commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Financial Planning & Analysis team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Essential Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant post-qualification experience within financial planning and analysis (FP&A), commercial finance, or finance business partnering
- Demonstrable experience working with senior leadership teams in a medium or large-scale organisation.
- Strong business modelling and advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate finance professionals.
- Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance review processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions and provide constructive commercial guidance.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
