About the Company

You'll be joining a growing financial services business with an established presence across the business and real estate sectors.

The organisation is expanding its offering by launching a dedicated insurance division, creating an opportunity to build a market-leading proposition with strong leadership support and long-term investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch the Head of Insurance (Real Estate & Commercial) proposition, creating a scalable commercial and real estate insurance business.
  • Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing insurance team while establishing the operating model and culture.
  • Build FCA-compliant governance, operational processes and strategic relationships with insurers, underwriters, brokers and professional introducers.
  • Drive business development, lead major client relationships and report commercial performance and strategic progress to the Board.

About You

  • Significant experience within commercial and/or real estate insurance, including building and scaling successful insurance propositions or businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of FCA regulation, UK insurance compliance and established relationships across insurers, underwriters and brokers.
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong commercial track record in business development and revenue growth.
