Track record of experience delivering technology advisory for Mergers & Acquisitions projects, including post-merger integration and carve-outs.
- Expertise in IT due diligence, integration, and separation planning across pre-deal to execution stages
- Strong understanding of the enterprise IT landscape, strategy, including IT operating model design
- Solid working knowledge of IT infrastructure and its role in M&A delivery
- TSA negotiation, Day-1 planning, and synergy tracking is highly desirable.
