- Managing sales and customer activity across an allocated geographical area
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and supporting Area Sales Managers
- Handling customer enquiries, quotations, orders and complaints
- Providing technical and commercial support to customers and colleagues
- Following up quotations and identifying opportunities to increase sales
- Promoting products, services and value-added solutions
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships
- Working with Engineering and Systems teams to deliver technical solutions
- Visiting customers alongside Account Managers and supporting exhibitions and product presentations
- Keeping CRM records, sales activity and project opportunities up to date
- Managing quotations up to £25,000 within your authority
