Duties as a Service Advisor
- Welcome customers professionally, ensuring a positive experience

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work conducted

Service Advisor Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets
- Full UK driving licence
