Evolve is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a Dispensary Pharmacist for a specialist, fast-paced service.

You will play a key role in clinical screening of complex prescriptions and supporting the safe and efficient running of the dispensary.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with innovative therapies across areas such as oncology and rare diseases, while contributing to patient access to novel treatments through clinical trials and early access schemes.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our client's head office in Wiltshire, working Monday to Friday on a rotating early (8:00am–4:30pm) and late (10:00am–6:30pm) shift pattern, offering a structured schedule within a supportive and specialist pharmacy environment.

  • Act as a Responsible Pharmacist within a specialist, high-quality service - You will take ownership of Responsible Pharmacist duties on a rotational basis, ensuring the safe, compliant, and effective operation of the dispensary in line with GPh C standards and best practice.
  • Deliver expert clinical screening across complex and specialist therapies - You will play a key role in the clinical and accuracy checking of prescriptions across highly specialist areas including oncology, immunotherapy, rare diseases, and clinical trials—supporting patients accessing cutting-edge treatments.
  • Lead and coordinate dispensary activity in a fast-paced environment - You will help coordinate daily dispensary operations, managing workflow, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring timely and accurate dispensing alongside a skilled multidisciplinary pharmacy team.
