  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
  • Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters.
  • Play a key role within a well-established Residential Property team in Chesterfield.
  • Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents and local referrers.
  • Work closely with senior leadership as the department continues to grow.
