We are currently expanding our support team and are looking for proactive individuals to join us! Are you looking for an interesting role that makes a tangible difference to others? Due to changes with service users, we are currently looking for individuals to join our residential service who would like to make a difference to those recovering in neuro rehabilitation.
Our transitional brain injury rehabilitation service in Chesterfield has achieved an exceptional CQC rating of Outstanding in all 5 areas. The team has also just been re-awarded 'Outstanding' in their Headway ABI approved service provider scheme across all domains for the wonderful environment and outcomes in working with individuals regain their lives after acquiring a brain injury.
Our team is incredibly creative and innovative when looking at rehabilitation. This role will allow you to work with our therapists, so you will be learning every day, and no two days will be the same.
We are looking for a variety of people with different backgrounds and life experience, to support our service users as they adjust to a life changing injury and so this is a role that will allow you to have a tangible impact. Our Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies and therefore we are looking for individuals that are kind, grounded and proactive. We do not need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring will be provided.
Our organisation was awarded platinum level in 'Investors in People' at entry level which is almost unheard of and maintained this at reassessment. This role is on a rota basis and will include evening and weekend work. There will also be all aspects of personal care routines and manual handling. We have bank contracts, part-time and full-time positions available.
