The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of private family matters while working alongside experienced colleagues on more complex cases where required.

The role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships and play an active part in the continued growth of the department.

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedy proceedings
  • Private children matters
  • Cohabitation disputes
  • Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
  • Domestic abuse applications where appropriate

About You

The successful candidate will ideally

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in private family law.
  • Have the ability to manage a caseload independently.
  • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Be organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
  • Be keen to contribute to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
