A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy property department in Nantwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified property lawyer with 5+ years' PQE/qualified experience who is looking to join a supportive team, manage a quality caseload, and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of property transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Managing remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
  • Reviewing title documentation and raising enquiries
  • Reporting to clients and lenders
  • Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and third parties
  • Ensuring compliance with lender requirements and regulatory obligations
  • Maintaining excellent client communication throughout transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with referrers and clients

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Minimum 5 years' PQE/qualified conveyancing experience
  • Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving
