- Performance Objectives
- Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) on cables and heater systems to verify performance and quality standards
- Perform routine and specialized electrical testing on mineral-insulated cable systems
- Prepare cable samples and perform medium voltage terminations for testing
- Conduct tensile and hardness testing as part of QA/QC processes
- Support R&D initiatives aimed at improving cable performance
- Manage and maintain inventory of testing materials and equipment
- Uphold and promote strict adherence to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate, thorough records of test procedures, calibrations, and maintenance activities
- Provide general production support as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5+ years of QA/QC experience with electrical systems and test equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and safety standards within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office for record-keeping and report generation.
- Practical experience with hand and power tools.
