Employment Law Solicitor/Lawyer Opportunity

Role Summary

This role demands a balanced approach to managing both contentious and non-contentious matters.

The successful candidate will manage their own client base and caseloads with responsibilities that include:

  • Handling all aspects of Employment Tribunal claims (respondents only), including drafting ET3 responses, preparing trial bundles, and drafting witness statements.
  • Advising on TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other employment matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, employee handbooks, as well as day-to-day letters and documents such as disciplinary invites and outcome letters.
  • Managing day-to-day client relationships and providing tailored advice to meet client needs.
