Join our client a progressive and modern law firm with a strong commercial focus, serving businesses and individuals across South Wales, Bristol, the West Country, and the Forest of Dean.

We are seeking a bright and ambitious Conveyancer to join our residential property team in Chepstow.

Day-to-Day of the Role

  • Work closely with a property assistant who handles initial instructions, file openings, and client communications.
  • Handle a variety of tasks including sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, drafting contract packs, raising enquiries, preparing reports, and conducting exchanges and completions.
  • Maintain daily interaction with clients, providing high-quality service and building strong relationships.
  • Participate in the firm's marketing programme to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your caseload effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in property work.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with people at different levels.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in IT and capable of handling various legal platforms.
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic, and capable of using your own initiative.
