Role: Service Advisor / Service Receptionist
Richard Abson Group is delighted to be assisting a prestigious automotive dealership in Cheltenham in their search for an experienced Service Advisor / Service Receptionist.
Representing one of the industry's leading premium brands, this dealership forms part of a highly respected dealer group renowned for investing in its people.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional aftersales experience.
You'll manage service bookings, provide vehicle progress updates, explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner, and identify opportunities to promote service plans and additional aftersales products.
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar aftersales role within a franchised main dealership.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a proactive sales approach.
- Experience using Kerridge and 1Link would be advantageous, although not essential.
Salary & Benefits
- £32,000 basic salary.
- Realistic OTE of £40,000 through uncapped bonus opportunities, including hours sold, service plans, and upsell/cross-sell performance.
- Current team members are consistently exceeding their bonus targets.
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm.
- Only 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, paid at an additional £100 per shift.
