£45,000 - £55,000 + Further Career Progression + Full bespoke Industry Training

Office based with some Hybrid, Commutable from Evesham, Cheltenham, Ledbury, Cirencester, Churchdown, Gloucester, Kineton and surrounding areas.

Established since 1960, this company was re-established in 2020 in a management buyout, and since has grown from strength to strength. Due to retirement and ongoing growth, they are expanding their team to plan for the future.

The Role:

  • Overseeing the Workshop, Production and Small Service teams, whilst improving operational efficiency
  • Working closely with the Managing Director to improve operational efficiency across the Engineering functions
  • Full industry training and scope for career progression

The Person:

  • Previous Engineering or Manufacturing leadership experience
