- Previous compliance experience within an insurance broker or regulated insurance environment
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations, including ICOBS, Consumer Duty and SM&CR
- Experience developing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures and registers
- Experience conducting compliance monitoring and reporting findings
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and communicate them clearly across the business
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of compliance responsibilities
