Business Manager - Essex Area

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Manager to join our successful automotive team in the Essex area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing automotive professional with a proven track record in finance and insurance sales, customer service, and achieving commercial targets.

As Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless customer journey while maximising finance and insurance opportunities in a compliant and customer-focused manner.

Working closely with the sales team, you will play a key role in driving dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities;
Present finance and insurance products professionally and compliantly.

Maximise finance penetration and vehicle profit opportunities.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchasing process.

Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and business partners.

Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and dealership processes.

Support and work alongside the sales team to achieve dealership objectives.

Accurately complete all finance documentation and administration.

Consistently achieve and exceed agreed performance targets.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, F&I Manager, or Senior Sales Executive within the motor industry.

A strong track record of achieving finance and insurance performance targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

A thorough understanding of FCA compliance requirements.

A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

A full UK driving licence.
