We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Solicitor with circa 5+ years of post-qualification experience to join our team at our Chatham office. This role offers flexibility to work from home and involves specialising in a full spectrum of property work. The successful candidate will play a central role in establishing and expanding our residential real estate presence in Chatham.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Dealing with new build purchases from developers, ownership transfers, lease extensions, and re-mortgages.
- Leading marketing and business development efforts to successfully expand the team's presence in the residential real estate market in Chatham.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years PQE experience in residential property law.
- Solid background acting for both homeowners and investors, ideally within the Kent market.
- Strong marketing and business development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Organised with the ability to prioritise workload.
