Our client is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated Property Paralegal to join their dynamic team.

This role is crucial in supporting the conveyancing process for new home purchases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met.

This position offers long-term progression and the opportunity for qualification in the legal profession, as a property solicitor providing a rewarding career path.

Day-to-day of the role

  • Assist conveyancers in managing the caseload from start to finish, when it comes to the purchase of new home build.
  • Handle file opening and initial client care processes including identity checks and Anti-Money Laundering compliance for new clients.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the New Homes team, including printing reports on title, ensuring all enclosures are copied and included, and scanning documents.
  • Respond to client and third-party enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and documentation related to each transaction using our case management system.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Provide additional administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing files.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm is desirable.
  • Law graduate
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
