What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will ideally have
- A degree (or equivalent) in civil or structural engineering.
- Chartered status with ICE or IStruct E or actively working toward it.

- Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Tekla, Autodesk, and other analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the design and construction process from concept stage through to site delivery.
