They're now looking to grow their Cardiff-based team with the addition of a talented Senior Town Planner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver a variety of planning projects, including site appraisals, planning applications, and appeals
- Provide expert planning advice to a diverse client base including developers, landowners, local authorities, and investors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Support and mentor junior members of the team
- Engage in business development and contribute to the growth of the regional planning offer
About You:
- MRTPI qualified, with several years' experience in a consultancy or local authority environment
- Confident working on complex planning applications and managing clients directly
- Strong knowledge of Welsh and UK planning policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambitious, collaborative, and commercially minded
