A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-3 PQE to join its growing team in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build their career within a strong commercial property practice, working alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters.

The Role

You will have the opportunity to work across a varied commercial property caseload, including:

  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Property portfolio management
  • Development and investment work
  • Refinancing and secured lending
  • Supporting corporate and commercial transactions where there is a real estate element
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and other property documentation
  • Advising clients throughout transactions from instruction through to completion

The role will provide exposure to a broad client base and the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for your own matters as your experience develops.

About You

The firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-3 PQE who is keen to develop their technical and commercial expertise within a supportive team.

You will ideally have

  • Experience gained within a Commercial Property or Real Estate team, including relevant training contract experience
  • A good grounding in commercial property transactions
  • Experience of freehold and leasehold matters
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • The ambition to develop a long-term career within Commercial Property

The firm will consider candidates at different stages within the 0-3 PQE range, provided they can demonstrate a genuine interest in Commercial Property and a strong foundation of relevant experience.
