Description

Reporting to the Managing Director the Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner plays a pivotal role in the organisation.

This role is covering a period of planned sick leave.

  • Operating as the main point of contact in this SME, you will;
  • Manage day-to-day financial processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Produce monthly Management for the SLT.
  • Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to 8 budget holders
  • Support senior stakeholders with financial insights and recom
  • Monitor monthly spend v budget
  • Oversee outsourced transactional finance
  • complete pension contributions for the organisation
  • Work with HR to ensure Payroll is correctly administered

A successful Interim Part Time Finance Manager should have

  • A professional accounting qualification (e. g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
  • hands on Accountant who is happy to role their sleeves up.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and part-time

  • Daily rate c £220 per day paye to £245 per day (more for umbrella companies) (Inside IR35)
  • 22.5 hrs a week - this is very flexible on number of days and hours worked
  • only 1 of the days in the office ( currently a Tuesday)
