A leading Top 100 UK law firm with a Tier 1-ranked Clinical Negligence practice is looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Negligence Partner in Cardiff.

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded Cardiff team with an established reputation for handling a broad range of medical negligence claims, including high-value and complex matters.

The opportunity

The Cardiff team has a strong reputation in the market and acts for clients across a wide range of Clinical Negligence matters, from more straightforward claims through to cases of the highest value and complexity.

There is no particular sub-specialism required for this appointment. The team has experience across areas including:

  • Birth injury and cerebral palsy claims
  • Surgical and hospital negligence
  • Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis
  • GP negligence
  • Gynaecological and obstetric claims
  • Cauda equina and spinal injury claims
  • Amputation and catastrophic injury claims
  • Cardiac and orthopaedic negligence
  • Dental and anaesthetic negligence
  • Complex claims involving long-term care and rehabilitation
  • Inquests and claims arising from fatal incidents
