This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded Cardiff team with an established reputation for handling a broad range of medical negligence claims, including high-value and complex matters.
The opportunity
The Cardiff team has a strong reputation in the market and acts for clients across a wide range of Clinical Negligence matters, from more straightforward claims through to cases of the highest value and complexity.
There is no particular sub-specialism required for this appointment. The team has experience across areas including:
- Birth injury and cerebral palsy claims
- Surgical and hospital negligence
- Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis
- GP negligence
- Gynaecological and obstetric claims
- Cauda equina and spinal injury claims
- Amputation and catastrophic injury claims
- Cardiac and orthopaedic negligence
- Dental and anaesthetic negligence
- Complex claims involving long-term care and rehabilitation
- Inquests and claims arising from fatal incidents
